Stress and recovery app for Apple Watch and Galaxy Watch

Today’s stress and
recovery at a glance

Using the heart data your watch records, we estimate in four levels whether your body is worn out or well recovered today. We compare subtle changes in the time between heartbeats (HRV) with your own records from the past 60 days, not other people’s averages, so you can use it as a reference for how you’re doing today.

Mongi, the mate whose expression changes with your condition

HRV ranges differ from person to person and device to device. That’s why Condi builds your baseline from your own records, not other people’s averages.

Your baseline is created once you have at least 3 days of HRV records. After that, it is continuously recalculated using your most recent 60 days of records.

02Day

From morning until bedtime

Morning

Check how you feel when you wake up

When you open the app, you'll first see today's condition and a short guide. You can also receive a morning summary as a notification.

Daytime

Every glass of water, every cup of coffee

Log your water intake, caffeine, weight, and calories to estimate how much caffeine remains in your body. Write what you ate in one sentence or upload a food photo to get a draft entry. Review it, then save.

See your daily stress trends estimated from HRV, heart rate, and activity levels.

Night

Sleep length and rhythm

See your sleep duration and stages, along with how consistent your bedtime is. We’ll also show the body energy restored through sleep and used throughout the day.

03Watch

Right from your wrist

  1. Stay on top of your condition with watch face complications, iPhone widgets, and Live Activities.
  2. Do a 1-minute breathing session on your Apple Watch and check the HRV it records during that time.
  3. You can receive a morning summary or get notified when you're overloaded.

On Android, we import data recorded in Health Connect by Wear OS watches like the Galaxy Watch.

Condi screen on Apple Watch

Health data, only as much as you allow

We only read data you allow from Apple Health or Health Connect. If multiple devices record the same metric, we select one source per metric to avoid duplicates.

Condition, stress, and energy values are estimates for reference only. Condi is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. If you have health concerns, consult a healthcare professional.

After three days of HRV records, your first baseline is ready.
